The Miracle Gift Of Christmas
Jesus Christ Incarnate
Luke 2:3-7 So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city. Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child. So it was that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
God Chooses The Improbable Places To Release His Power
Micah 5:2 But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah though you arise little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the One to be Ruler in Israel, whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.
God Calls Us Into Significance
Just Because You Are Riding On A Donkey Doesn’t Mean You’re On The Wrong Road!
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 That is why we never give up…so we don’t look at the troubles we can see right now; rather, we look forward to what we have not yet seen. For the troubles we see will soon be over, but the joys to come will last forever.
God’s Peace
John 14:27 I am leaving you with a gift — peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give isn’t like the peace the world gives. So don’t be troubled or afraid.
Philippians 4:6-7 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
The Holy Spirit
Acts 2:38-39 Then Peter said to them, Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.
Eternal Life
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s Grace
Ephesians 2:8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it (grace) is a gift from God.
Jesus Is Our Light
John 1:4-9 The Word gave life to everything that was created and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it…the one who is the true light who gives light to everyone was coming into the world
